I've worked for Schneider and theyre great but i can't say that they went above, teaching how to back a tractor-trailer over DDA in Shreveport, LA. When i got to Schneider, the instructors were amazed with my skill at backing, that One of the two "Mikes", Big Mike & Lil Mike, literally bet me that i couldn't one shot back a trailer into a spot, with fully extended tandems and along with them decreasing the operating room for the tractor. BET! One shot, backed in between two trailers with four inches of gap between the two trailers i back it between. Don't Play with me, Give Me My Money! Man i miss the food they cooked at that OC!

Recently came on with schneider. Good organization, but i may have to move on due to opti idol. I can't sleep in a 95-degree bunk. I dont how these drivers do it. If my trk had a tri pak, I'd have it made

Schneider is one of the worst companies to work for. They pride themselves on paying their drivers as little as they can, most of them literally just sit in the terminals all day it’s so sad 😂

in Australia they back 3 trailers onto livestock loading ramps ---- they line up 1/2 trailer width back gate/door with a similar size ramp !

Pro tips: look for obstacles as you drive up, then you don't have to go out of the truck. Second, when you have that much room, doing the 45 degree angle turn is just a waste of time, fuel and tires. You just straighten up as you go on 12 o'clock, and you will be able to go just about straight back into the hole.

If you want to work for Schneider I hope you don't have any bills to pay because you ain't going to get paid 💩
